What does a CHHA (Certified Home Health Aide) do?
As a CHHA, you will provide essential support to patients by assisting with daily living activities and offering companionship, making a significant impact on their quality of life.
As a CHHA, you will have to:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and eating.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients.
- Monitor patients’ conditions and report any changes to the supervising nurse.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks to maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
What are the requirements?
- Valid certification as a Home Health Aide
